Bottom up and bacon down! Join us this year as we expand tastings and explore the best bourbon and bacon delicacies from around the world. We are delighted to welcome you again for the 8th annual Wellington Bacon & Bourbon Fest. Held on the grounds surrounding the new Wellington Village promenade. The free event is scheduled for March 26-27, 2022 and gives you the chance to sample a selection of over 30+ bourbons and celebrates the universe’s most beloved food – BACON!

In 2018, The Cooking Channel featured us on their hit show, “Carnival Eats”! Host Noah Cappe enjoyed Chef Winston’s excellent Garlic Mojo Corn Cakes in addition to a huge array of garlic treats!

The two-day event features artists and artisans, an eclectic menu of bacon-infused culinary delights, and a collection of over 30 bourbons and whiskeys for your dining pleasure. For those of you who cannot be convinced to participate in Bourbon, we will also have some fine wines, ice cold beer and a full liquor bar.

Our menu of bacon and pork related dishes will include the sublime Forever Roasted Bourbon BBQ Pork & Bacon Insane Confit Bacon Sandwich on a Stick and other incredible desserts. Menu items developed by local chefs explore the limits of New American cuisine and the farm-to-table movement to good old-fashioned comfort food, just like Mom used to do!

At the heart of all of our festivals is our commitment to creating fun community events for food lovers, featuring unique foods and drinks. We strive to ensure that our sponsors are widely rewarded for their investment in our events and our community. The strong commitment of the event to the community is that it is designed as a fundraising opportunity for the non-profit organizations that host the event.

We cleared it up with your doctor, your cardiologist and your mother; indulge in the sweet smell of bacon and savor the sweet taste of bourbon at the Wellington Beach Bacon & Bourbon Festival.
