This Taste of Italy event features a menu led by Catering Chef Rosemary & Rye of Charleston and Squeeze Cocktails selected food and wine pairings of some of Italy’s most classic dishes, such as:
- Arancini – An unforgettable blend of risotto and perfectly aged mozzarella prepared in the Eastern Sicilian style and deliciously served by hand
- A unique take on a classic, this dish is reminiscent of Santa Lucia Day 1646
- Prosciutto & Melone – Refreshing and tasty; the lesson learned from centuries of italian trial and error: eat melon with prosciutto for a happy and healthy day
- Parma Chicken Bite – Explore the northern region of Emilia Romagna to the city of Parma, believed to be the homeland of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, all served in a perfect bite
- And more
Accompanied by Italian wines that enhance the tasting notes of the dishes, guests will be transported to one of Rome’s most treasured sites.
