Popular Italian restaurant Donatello Italian Ristorante is opening a new business in Warrington.
Don Quattro will be a new take-out service offering authentic Italian cuisine, but with a modern twist.
It will open mid-February on Insall Road in Fearnhead.

Donatello in Orford was opened in 1996 by Khalid Boujibar. The family business has been a local favorite for nearly 26 years, with hundreds of five-star reviews.
Khalid’s son Sam told Cheshire Live that people love the family business for its authenticity.
He said: “Our portions are very generous and we have very good value for money.
“And our food is absolutely amazing, and our service is fantastic.
“We try to use as many traditional Italian recipes and cooking methods as possible.”
Fan favorites include Calzone Bolognese and Penne Supreme, a creamy white wine sauce with chicken, bacon and mushrooms.

In 2019 Khalid retired and his sons Adam and Sam took over the business.
They discovered that during the shutdowns there was a huge demand for Italian takeout.
Sam explained: “Initially we were just collecting, but then we said we could do more and started delivering to people.
“We put together a team of drivers who helped us and it went very well.
“So my brother and I got together and said we need to make the most of it, there’s definitely a market in Warrington for Italian food delivery.”
From this idea was born the Italian takeaway Don Quattro.
The name is a tribute to the family, as “Don” is a nod to Donatello, and “Quattro” means four, in reference to the four siblings of the Boujibar family; Sam, Adam, Yasmin and Jemel.
Although Yasmin and Jemel are still too young to work in the family business, they have the opportunity to join their older siblings.

Sam said the team were delighted with the opening of the new takeaway: “We have a state-of-the-art pizzeria with a revolving floor that should be installed.
“We plan to retain Donatello’s most popular dishes, while modernizing aspects of the menu, incorporating new, fresh ingredients.
“My brother and all my family are more than proud of the popularity of the restaurant and the good opinion we have of Warrington.
“We are absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to grow the business even further.”
Takeout will offer delivery within a two-mile radius, but there are plans to increase this in the future.
