Inside the New Napa Valley Inn Resort Residences – Robb Report
[ad_1]
If it’s been a while since you’ve made the last trip to Napa Valley, it’s high time to come back and maybe find a new home while you’re there. Those looking to spend more time in the area are in luck, because today Auberge Resorts Collection unveils a series of branded residences where the vineyards are at your doorstep.
The houses will be located at Stanly Ranch, a new 700-acre enclave within Napa where resort visitors can stay in one of the 135 cottage suites for a few nights. Those looking to become homeowners can choose between two different options: wine houses or villas.
The Vineyard Homes starts sales this month and ranges from 5,800 to 8,950 square feet indoor and outdoor and offers three to six bedrooms. These are intended for more full-time living and include outdoor features such as a pool, landscaped yard, and dining areas. A kitchen can also be added here for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Prices start in the high $ 4 million range, with 70 homes available for purchase in total.

Villas, on the other hand, are designed for those who wish to live part-time on the ranch. They are fully furnished and have two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Outdoor spaces include a courtyard and showers, and the high indoor ceiling heights were inspired by modern barn structures. These will launch sales at the end of 2021; prices have not yet been communicated.

Of course, since this is a branded residential offering, the main benefit here is all of the resort-like amenities, which are available through Stanly Ranch Club memberships. The ranch’s five restaurants source local products from its fruit and vegetable farms as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from its vineyard. Other perks include a spa as well as more experiential offerings like bike and walking tours, cocktail workshops, and more.

And, of course, the location itself has advantages beyond just a surplus of wine. âThe setting is spectacular,â says Chris Crosby, director and COO of Nichols Partnership, the developer behind Stanly Ranch. âWe are surrounded by two mountain ranges and have spectacular views of them.â
