Frank Family Vineyards was founded in 1993 by Rich Frank, former president of Disney Studios behind films such as “Aladdin” and “The Lion King”. Through tireless work, focus and commitment to trade and consumers, he and his wife Leslie, an Emmy Award-winning former news reporter, have gradually built the winery over the years, making it one of the most successful California wineries today. First built as Historic Larkmead Winery in 1884, the stone building on the Frank family property is the third oldest in Napa Valley and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, Frank Family Vineyards sources from 380 acres of vineyards in Napa Valley.

Frank Family Vineyards Carneros Chardonnay grapes are sourced primarily from their Lewis Vineyard estate as well as neighboring Beckstoffer Vineyards located in Napa-Carneros and Sangiacomo Vineyards located in Sonoma-Carneros, among others. The wine is fermented in 34% new, 33% one-fill and 33% two-fill French oak barrels for 9 months.
Frank Family Vineyards Carneros Chardonnay is flavored with brioche and baked apple, with seasonings of nutmeg and vanilla. It opens with a rich, full-bodied concentration of citrus and white peach and evolves on the palate to show structure and depth. Crisp acidity lifts notes of toasty oak, maintaining a fresh, sumptuous finish. It turns out to be a complete pleasure from the first sip.
