49 year old man Real Housewives of Beverly Hills the star sells the sprawling 10,277 square foot mansion she lived in with her ex-husband, Thomas girardi.

As Radar exclusively reported, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom home was worth $ 16 million but it is now listed $ 3 million below its value.

The sale comes as Girardi has been forced into involuntary bankruptcy over accusations of hijacking millions of former customers.

Erika left the Gotti-style mansion earlier this year and was forced to reduce her rental to $ 1.5 million.

According to court documents obtained by radar Last month, Girardi’s Chapter 7 trustee received approval from the federal bankruptcy judge to hire a Compass real estate agent.

Erika’s ex-husband currently lives in the mansion but will soon be SOL as Radar has learned that the trustee will sell the house to the highest bidder.

After the sale was finalized, the judge ordered Girardi to leave the house within 15 days.

RHOBH fans will recall seeing the over-the-top house with its on-site chapel on the hit show Bravo.

Before her divorce, Erika Jayne was dragged into the financial mess of her ex-husband. In 2020, the duo were prosecuted for allegedly embezzling millions intended for their former clients.

A lawsuit against the estranged couple said Girardi embezzled settlement money, intended for orphans of plane crash victims, and used it to fund his lavish lifestyle with the RHOBH Star.

Since pulling the trigger and filing for divorce, several other accusations regarding the money have circulated around Girardi.

More recently he was accused of stiffening a burn victim over $ 11 million.

Girardi was forced into bankruptcy after his creditors accused him of refusing to pay his bills.

As for Erika, she has remained silent on her ex-husband’s financial woes, but that could change everything once the new season of RHOBH tunes.

Erika filed for divorce in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage, making her her first season on the Bravo show as a bachelor.
