Opening October 1 this new japanese bar and dim sum spot took over the former Beauty Bar space in Deep Ellum. Neon Kitten will serve bites and cocktails in the evening, including Fukuoka (a blend of whiskey, vanilla, and soy sauce) and Sapporo (a citrus bourbon cocktail). Created by a new Dallasite, Bhuvanesh “Bob” Khanna, the concept also offers dim sum, sushi and izakaya. You can also prepare your cocktail to take away if you wish.
